SPECIAL ELEMENTS

Taste the vineyards: Try a new approach to wine tasting in our vineyard tasting area at Taste Washington. Compare & contrast wines that several different wineries have produced from a single source.

Featured vineyards include:

Chateau Ste. Michelle's Vineyard, Cold Creek Vineyard, Cox Canyon Vineyards, Elephant Mountain Vineyards, Kitzke Vineyards, Lake Roosevelt Shores, Naches Heights Vineyard, Obelisco Estate Vineyards, Tapteil Vineyard and Trillium Creek Winery

This year’s featured varietal: SAUVIGNON BLANC

These grapes make wines that appear under two names-Sauvignon Blanc and Fumé Blanc. They are becoming increasingly popular for their distinctive character and are often described as fruity with a touch of herbaceousness and lively acidity.
