Flourish, a chefs' dinner, is being planned for 200 lucky guests by FareStart and the Jacques Pepin Foundation for Sunday April 30.

The event will center of a multi-course gourmet meal prepared by Tom Douglas (Tom Douglas Restaurants), Shaun McCrain (Copine), Roland Passot (La Folie, San Francisco); Thierry Rautureau (Loulay, Luc); Holly Smith & Junko Mine (Cafe Juanita); John Sundstrom (Lark); Philip Tessier (Bocuse d'Or Medalist, Napa).

Funds raised through ticket purchases and live auction packages, will accelerate efforts of FareStart and the Jacques Pepin Foundation to create pathways to success through culinary training.
