Profitability workshop at Western Foodservice Expo

The Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo has added a Hospitality, Leadership & Profitability Workshop to the conference schedule. The workshop will take place on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 8:00am - 6:00pm at the Los Angeles Convention Center. 

Darren Denington, founder of Service with Style Hospitality Group, and David Scott Peters, founder of TheRestaurantExpert.com, will present a jam-packed day providing independent operators with the tools on how to drive sales by using the right systems, strong leadership and the perfect hospitality team. 

The Workshop will precede the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo taking place August 28-30 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Attendees to the Workshop will learn fool-proof systems for reducing food cost, understanding the root of great service and how to apply it, how to cost out recipes to make money on every menu item, how to use labor dollars in the right department at the right time, tips to understanding and lowering employee turnover, the hospitality leadership traits required to run a successful operation, and much more.
