In the meantime Kingen has opened the first Pecos Pit Bar-B-Que in West Seattle and is poised to spread the good news of smoked meats from beef brisket and chicken to pork butt. alongside, The Pike Brewing Company supplies the signature Smoking Hot Pale Ale.
