Taylor Hoang, owner of the popular Pho Cyclo Café group of Vietnamese eateries in Seattle and Bellevue, is expanding on her recent launch of Rickshaw Chef. The subscription-based service, where Seattle and now select Eastside customers, receive authentic Asian-theme dinners including a savory entree, a side vegetable and protein dish, and soup – all cooked fresh and home-delivered.

Along with a broader delivery area, Rickshaw Chef recently diversified its menu from traditional Vietnamese cuisine (Tuesdays) to International Food Day of rotating Indian, Japanese, or Korean (Wednesdays), and Vietnamese (Thursdays). Pricing starts at $13.95 for 1 adult and allows versatile options up to 10 people, including a family four package for $29.95.

 Getting started is easy. Simply sign up at www.rickshawchef.com to select your delivery portion and days, view the menu online, enter your zip code to verify you’re in the delivery area. Once the food arrives, reheat, serve and enjoy. There is no cooking or prep required. Subscribers can pause their service or discontinue at any time.
