Northwest Stir is an electronic magazine developed to bring culinary professionals the latest information, trend reports and news for and about our region’s restaurants, chefs, hotels and clubs. The immediacy of an online e-magazine ensures subscribers only the most timely, fresh information.

Subscriptions are free for culinary professionals with a completed registration.

NorthWest Stir is published 10 times a year. July/August and November/December are our combined issues.

Article submissions must be made by the 15th prior to publication date for editorial consideration.
